Book a Tour

If you're an author, publisher or literary agent interested in organizing a blog tour for you or any of your clients, please send us an email to favouritepages@hotmail.com. However, we recommend reading the following information carefully before writing to us.

We organize all the tours free of charge in exchange of review copies to help promote an upcoming book.

To submit your request for a promotional event, email us at favouritepages@hotmail.com with the following information:
  • Book information - this includes the book title, genre, age group, and synopsis.
  • Book cover.
  • Type of event you are interested in organising.
  • Let us know if you can accept bloggers posting reviews below 3 starts (Goodreads rating) during the promotional event.
  • Anything you deem relevant.
Our main is to help all authors and publishers that reach out to us. However, we reserve the right to accept or decline any requests that we consider a poor fit for our team.

BLOG TOURS

Usually, a week-long virtual tour where the book is featured with reviews and, if chosen, with other promotional posts.
  • Conventional tour: a main interview hosted by the organizer of your tour (Patricia or Michelle,) on the first day of the blog tour as a tour kick-off, 2 interviews with the bloggers (5-7 questions will be provided by the bloggers), 2 guest posts (the bloggers provide at least 3 prompts for the author to choose from), and book reviews.
  • Promotional tour: a main interview hosted by the organizer of your tour (Patricia or Michelle) on the first day of the blog tour as a tour kick-off, a variety of promotional posts dreamed up and written by the author (book playlist, character playlist, dream cast, tell your story in 3 or 5 GIFs, character interviews, guest posts with topics provided by the author, open guest posts, meet the characters, basic Q&A, story behind the cover, deleted scenes, top 10 lists, mood boards, book aesthetics, etc.), and book reviews.
  • Only Review tour: a main interview hosted by the organizer of your tour (Patricia or Michelle) on the first day of the blog tour as a tour kick-off and book reviews.
All types of blog tours include the opportunity for bloggers to post their own creative content inspired by the book and share their favorite quotes from the book.
The tours can be modified to the author/publisher's wishes.

    BOOKSTAGRAM

When booking an event with us, we will try to extend this promotion to Instagram to maximise the publicity of the novel. In order to do so, we require physical copies for the people participating on the event.
    • The Party Bookstagram: our team will promote the book on Instagram and a giveaway will be hosted between all the tour participants in order to spike readers' interest.
    • The Traditional Bookstagram: our team will promote the book on Instagram.
Regardless of the type of Bookstagram, we will aim to bring out our creative side and help with story promotions (e.g. book reactions, live interviews, scheduled book chats, etc.).

The FFBC team of bloggers is interested in:
    • Young Adult - all genres.
    • New Adult & Adult - Limited. Our team is mostly interested in YA books, but we will consider the content of the book.
We will do our best to try to find the appropriate service for you and your book.

Each tour includes 15-40 bloggers (depending on the type of tour and general interest in the book). Obviously, our bloggers will require access to your book. We work with both print and digital ARCs as well as finished copies. If your publisher uses NetGalley or Edelweiss, we can provide them with email addresses in order to distribute widgets.

Most blog tours include the following:
    • Welcome post - This is a 10-15 question interview with mostly fun questions as well as a few book-related questions that will be posted on the tour organizer's blog the first day of the tour to allow readers to get to know the author.
    • 2 author interviews - With 5-7 questions submitted by the hosting blogger.
    • 2 guest posts - We ask bloggers to provide at least 3 prompts for the author to choose from, but if the author has specific topics in mind we can use those instead.
    • Book reviews (3+ stars)
We also offer bloggers the chance to express their creativity with additional promotional content to host along with their reviews, such as a dream cast of their choice, a spoiler-free excerpt that they liked (this can also be provided by the author/publisher), a favorite quote, a playlist they think fits the story, etc.

Lastly, we usually host some kind of giveaway during the tour. Prizes, such as print books, e-books, swag, or gift cards, are completely up to the publisher or author.

If there's a tour element that you would like to take out, change, or include, we are happy to accommodate.
